Each and every account is assigned a customer service representative. Our customers are never left with an 800 number that goes to a representative that has no understanding of their account. Our customer service people are trained to assist the needs of the customers and if they cannot get something done, then they will get on the phone with the 800 number to bridge the gap.

As a provider of credit card services, we visit a wide variety of customers in all categories of business. Given our business model we feel that it is our duty to help market and network our customers together so that they can prosper from each other. This is done by creating deep relationships with our customers by understanding their needs and where they want to go with their business.
